i like your drawing dude. its prety good car you desighned. Could you do a rendering for me ? its a 1994 GMC C1500 sierra extended cab. It's rendered with Cycles, the "new" emerging rendering engine of Blender...

I see it does look pretty good in terms of the node UI and the results are pretty decent.
What is the speed of rendering like?

Rendering is very fast when you have a graphic card working on CUDA. It depends on many parameters (bounces on materials), and the number of samples. You can almost have real time render on medium scenes and good computer (check Youtube modeling videos !)
Now, I used only this, I abandonned the Blender Internal Render.
